Sharp Point Tester

Sharp Point Tester. The parts of the toy that can be reached / accessed by a child under the age of 96 months may not have a pointy and dangerous part, either in normal use or in a suspected use of which is suspected to occur.
Sharp Point Tester Testing Tool is used as a determinant of whether a particular point / point of a toy can cause the risk of punctured hazard. As required in SNI ISO 8124-1 standard clause 4.7.
In the testing process of toy products, the sharp point tester test equipment is widely used after the previous testing processes. Like after Drop Tester, Drop Ball Impact Tester, 2m / s dynamic dynamic strength test (Dynamic Strength Tester 2m / s) and other test process.

Application:
1. Testing parts of potentially pointy toys.
2. Preventing punctured hazards in children.
3. Test parts of the toys after the previous test process as after the test fell, compress test, collision test and other test process according to established standard.
