Flexure Tester

Flexure Tester - This simple test device serves to determine whether metal wires or other rigid materials used in toys are easily bent or broken. It is hazardous & potentially produces sharp & sharp parts.

The sample was tested by the bending test method in accordance with clause 5.24.8 (Flexure Test). The trick is the tool & test sample clamped on a vise then bent / bended at an angle of 60 ° against the vertical axis towards the left.

Continued by bending the component in reverse direction through an angle of 120 °. Repeat this process for cycle 30 at a rate of one cycle per 2 s with a rest period of 60 seconds after every 10 cycles. Double buckling with 120 ° bending angle is one cycle.
